Kelly Lawson Pihl

Kelly Lawson Pihl is an accomplished leader in employee experience and engagement, currently serving as the Director of Employee Experience at Bolt since January 2022, following a role as Senior Manager, Employee Engagement. Prior to joining Bolt, Kelly held the position of Head of People & Culture at Tipser, where significant contributions included enhancing organizational growth and implementing robust employee programs. Experience spans various roles in talent management, recruitment, and cultural development across several companies, including Aggancio and The Black Dog Yoga Company. Kelly holds a B.S. in Business Administration and a B.A. in Spanish Language and Literature from the College of Charleston.
