Kelly McDonagh

Kelly McDonagh has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Kelly began their career as an Account Coordinator at Neighbor Agency in 2010. From there, they worked as a Digital Assistant Account Executive at RPA, managing post-launch tracking and performance recaps for online campaigns. Kelly then became a Digital Account Executive at RPA, managing client communications and leading digital projects.

In 2014, Kelly joined Energy BBDO as an Account Executive, and in 2015, they moved to Cramer-Krasselt where they held the positions of Senior Account Executive and later Account Supervisor. Kelly then joined DDB as an Account Supervisor from 2017 to 2018.

Kelly's experience in business development began in 2019 with Cartful Solutions, where they worked as a Partnerships Manager. Kelly then joined ShopRunner as Senior Manager, Partner Success, later becoming the Director of Business Development. In this role, they led go-to-market efforts and sales enablement for strategic partnerships with major companies.

In 2022, Kelly joined Bold Metrics Inc. as the Director of Business Development before moving to Bolt in 2023 as a Senior Principal Customer Success Manager. Overall, their work experience includes a combination of account management, business development, and customer success roles.

Kelly McDonagh has a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing with a minor in Spanish and a certification in International Business from Arizona State University. In 2009, they obtained a certificate in Spanish and International Business from Universidad Internacional Menéndez Pelayo.
