Jake Harris

Jake Harris has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Jake is currently working as a Global Client Director for Sprinklr, starting in 2023. Prior to that, they worked at People.ai as an RVP Strategic Accounts and Major Accounts from December 2020 to July 2023. Before joining People.ai, Jake worked at WalkMe™ as part of the Strategic Accounts team. Jake left WalkMe™ after a successful IPO and mostly vesting to pursue a leadership role at a smaller venture company. At WalkMe™, they played a key role in simplifying user experience and driving user action through the Digital Adoption Platform. Before WalkMe™, they worked at Narvar, where they focused on Strategic Accounts and contributed to seamless customer experiences. Jake also had valuable experience at Medallia as an Enterprise Sales Director in the SF Bay Area, where they successfully achieved an IPO. Jake began their career at Oracle, initially as a BDR with RightNow, and later covering Mid Market Accounts for Northern California Region. Throughout their career, Jake has demonstrated strong leadership and strategic skills in driving business growth and success in the technology sector.

Jake Harris holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Pre-Law and Economics from the University of California, Berkeley. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including "Command of the Message" from Force Management in May 2021, "Value Selling" from Value Selling in August 2020, and "Command of the Message" from Force Management in October 2015. Jake also obtained a certification in "Sandler Selling" from Sandler in an unspecified year.
