Alexandre Privalov

Alexandre Privalov, CFA has extensive experience in strategic finance and corporate development. Alexandre is currently serving as the Director of Strategic Finance at Bolt Logistics, a position they have held since April 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Aptum as a Senior Manager in Strategic Decision Support and Business Case Analysis from July 2019 to April 2022. Alexandre also worked at TELUS as a Corporate Development Manager, where they managed various M&A activities, including due diligence, model building, and analysis. Alexandre also participated in a high-level spectrum auction, developing custom tools for analysis. Before TELUS, they worked at 180º as a Financial Analyst in Finance and Investor Relations, and at PwC as an Associate in Corporate Finance and M&A.

Alexandre Privalov, CFA holds a Master's Degree in Finance and Investments from Queen's University, which they obtained from 2015 to 2016. Prior to that, they pursued a Master's Degree in Philosophy at York University from 2008 to 2009. Alexandre completed their undergraduate studies at the University of Toronto, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy from 2004 to 2008. In terms of certifications, they obtained the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation from the CFA Institute in 2021. Additionally, they completed the SQL Essential Training certification from Lynda.com in October 2016.
