Deven Rana

Deven Rana is an experienced product analyst with a strong background in analytics and user experience enhancement across multiple industries. Currently serving as a Senior Product Analyst at Bolt since July 2022, Deven leads the product analytics team for the ride-hailing vertical, focusing on A/B testing and collaboration with product managers to improve the user app experience. Previously, at Zalando, Deven contributed to mobile app and website development by designing experiments, establishing KPIs, and creating user personas through data analysis and UX research. Deven's earlier roles at Gojek and Deloitte included implementing machine learning models and providing data-driven insights for product improvements. Deven holds an MBA in Marketing from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering from Inderprastha Engineering College.
