Haya Verwoord Douidri

Haya Verwoord Douidri currently serves as the Director of Public Policy at Bolt since November 2023. Prior experience includes roles at Superpedestrian, where responsibilities encompassed EVP of Global Market Development, Policy and Strategy, as well as VP of EMEA from July 2020 to December 2023. Haya also worked at Bird as Head of Public Policy and Government Partnerships for Southern Europe, Benelux, and the Middle East from December 2018 to July 2020. Prior positions at Shell included Government Relations Project Advisor, Government Relations Advisor, and Government Relations Strategy Analyst from January 2013 to December 2018. Additional experience includes roles at Drum Cussac, the Nigerian Ministry for Trade and Investment, UNDP, and the United Nations. Haya's educational background features a Master's degree in International Affairs from Columbia University's School of International and Public Affairs and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Finance and Banking from the Higher Institute of Business Administration.
