Maarifa Pashayeva

Maarifa Pashayeva is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in legal and public policy roles. Currently serving as the Public Policy Manager at Bolt since January 2024, Maarifa previously founded Doc-Shop and worked as an Ambassadeur at Université de Strasbourg. An adjunct professor at Baku State University since September 2019, Maarifa specializes in Finance Law. Previous positions include Head of Legal at Azerlotereya, Legal Manager at Tabaterra, and Consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers Azerbaijan. Maarifa's educational background includes two Master's degrees from the University of Strasbourg and studies at the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
