Maksim Butsenko

Maksim Butsenko is a highly experienced technology professional currently serving as a Staff ML Engineer and Technical Lead at Bolt since February 2018. Notable achievements include leading the strategic project for LLM-based agent automations and designing a roadmap for rethinking customer support automations using LLMs. Maksim has a strong background in data science, having transitioned through roles from Senior Data Scientist to Data Scientist at Bolt, where contributions focused on machine learning applications in customer support and optimization techniques. Prior experiences include research at Tallinn University of Technology and Lund University, alongside technical management roles at Levira.
