Taisiia Nahorna has extensive experience in customer support and training design, currently serving as a Training Designer and previously holding the roles of Customer Support Senior Team Lead and Team Lead at Bolt since March 2020, where responsibilities include leading a team of 10, improving customer support quality, and monitoring KPIs. Taisiia worked as a Customer Support Specialist at the Publications Office of the European Union from October 2021 to February 2022 and gained foundational experience as a Blue Book Trainee, acting as treasurer for the European Commission Trainees' Committee and coordinating charity efforts. Additional experiences include a traineeship at the Embassy of Ukraine in Berlin, where document translation and assistance in the diplomatic sector were key tasks, alongside a traineeship at the Central Election Commission of Ukraine. Taisiia's educational background includes a Master’s degree in International Relations and Regional Studies from the University of Tartu, participation in Erasmus programs at UCL and Middle East Technical University, and a Bachelor's degree in International Information from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.
