Meike Born

Meike Born has a diverse range of work experience. Meike started their career in 1997 as a Professional Freelancer at Kanzlei Niemann und Amthauer. From 1998 to 1999, they completed an internship at the Malaysian International Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Meike then worked as a Human Resources Manager at schlott GmbH / wwk druck GmbH from 1999 to 2006.

In 2006, Meike joined GlaxoSmithKline Pharma GmbH as an HR Business Partner, where they provided HR support and coaching to employees and senior management. Meike also played a crucial role in implementing organizational changes and successfully negotiating works council agreements. Meike held this position until 2022.

Currently, Meike is working as an HR Manager D/AT at Bolton Adhesives, a position they started in 2022.
