Menno Bol

Menno Bol has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Menno is currently serving as the Chief Operations and Supply Chain Officer at Bolton Adhesives since October 2020. Prior to this, they worked at Mondmaskerfabriek as an Advisor from April 2020 to September 2020, where they supported the design, set up, and initial leadership of a surgical mask production facility.

Menno Bol's most extensive experience comes from their time at Aviko, where they held the position of Chief Operating Officer from an unknown start date to December 2019. During their tenure, they led the development, implementation, and realization of operations strategy, policy, and programs. Menno also played a key role in innovating production processes, managing R&D, engineering, automation, quality, and safety departments.

Before Aviko, Menno Bol worked at Royal Cosun as a Business Development Manager from an unknown start date to 2005. Prior to that, they gained experience at Honig merkartikelen bv, where they served in various roles, including Plantmanager, Financial & Logistics Manager, Maintenance Manager, and Project Engineer.

Menno Bol's early career started in 1990 as a Platooncommander at 11 tankbat, where they were responsible for a group of tanks and personnel.

Menno Bol has a diverse educational background. In 1984, they started their academic journey at Delft University of Technology, where they pursued a degree in Werktuigbouwkunde (Mechanical Engineering) and completed their studies in 1990. Continuing their educational pursuits, they attended Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University from 1999 to 2000, earning an MBA degree in Marketing. Later, in 2014, Menno Bol attended a seminar on Agribusiness at Harvard University. In 2017, they participated in a Masterclass on leading the Toyota way at prof. J. Liker University of Michigan – Toyota manufacturing UK. In 2018, Menno Bol further enhanced their knowledge by attending a program on leading change in complex organizations at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. The most recent addition to their education is a certification in being a certified non-executive director, which they obtained from Governance University in 2020.
