Pim ter Heerdt has a diverse work experience spanning over 25 years. Pim currently works as a Key Account Manager for Bolton Adhesives since September 2021. Prior to this, they had a long tenure at Nestlé from January 2016 to September 2020, where they held the position of Sales Manager and Customer Development Lead. Pim also worked at Perfetti Van Melle for 15 years, starting in May 2005 and ending in December 2015. During their time at Perfetti Van Melle, they served as a Sales Manager and was responsible for multiple channels, leading a team of account managers. Pim also held the roles of National Account Manager and Field Sales Manager within the company. Before Perfetti Van Melle, they worked as an Account Manager at Klene B.V. from January 1997 to December 1999. Pim began their career at Essity, where they started as a Merchandiser buitendienst from September 1995 to May 1996, and later became a Junior Account Manager from June 1996 to December 1996.
Pim ter Heerdt obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Commerciele economie from HEAO Alkmaar, where they studied from 1990 to 1995.
