Rana Alqrenawi

Rana Alqrenawi, MBA, is a highly experienced founder and leader in the tech and social enterprise sectors. As the Founder and CEO/CTO of AspireHer, Rana champions inclusivity and equity in the tech workplace, empowering women to access digital careers. Rana also serves as a Business Consultant and Steering Group Member for Bolton Community and Voluntary Services, supporting social enterprises through business programs. Previous roles include Senior Product Owner at Spektrix, Senior Product Manager and Diversity and Inclusion Lead at HIRING HUB, and Senior Software Engineering Manager at Mercy Corps.
