Jared Little

Jared Little currently serves as a Broker in Employee Benefits at IMA Financial Group, Inc., where the focus is on leveraging employee benefits and risk coverage for organizational competitiveness. In addition, Jared holds leadership positions as the Immediate Past Chair of the Law Practice Management Section at the California Lawyers Association and as a Business Partner for the Greater Los Angeles Chapter of the Association of Legal Administrators. Previously, Jared worked as a Recruiter at Robert Half Legal, specializing in legal staffing and consulting services, and founded Kingdom Candidates to oversee a business platform. Earlier experience includes serving as the Pastor of Family Ministries at Springhill Presbyterian Church, where Jared was part of the preaching team for a multi-site congregation. Jared holds a Master of Education in Education Leadership and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Virginia, along with a Master of Divinity from Fuller Theological Seminary.
