Enrico Giovannini

Enrico Giovannini is an accomplished IT professional currently serving as the IT Business Unit Director for Home, Personal and Beauty Care at Bolton since May 2023. In this role, Enrico provides data, technology, and digital direction while contributing to the strategic development of the Information Technology department. Prior to this, Enrico held various leadership positions at Boehringer Ingelheim from January 2009 to May 2023, including Head of Information Technology for BeNeLux, Nordics, Portugal, and Greece, where responsibilities included managing digital and traditional channels for customer engagement. Enrico has extensive experience in IT program management, particularly in customer experience transformation for the Animal Health Business Unit. Earlier career roles include CRM Business Consultant at Accenture and Firmware Engineer at Eidos S.r.l. Enrico holds a degree in Electronic Engineering with honors from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna.
