Chelsea Alger

Chelsea Alger has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Chelsea currently works at Bolton & Menk, Inc. as the Director of Funding since March 2023. Previously, they held the position of Senior Funding Specialist at the same company from February 2019 to March 2023. Before joining Bolton & Menk, Inc., Chelsea worked at Southwest Minnesota Housing Partnership as a Resource Development Officer from July 2015 to February 2019. Prior to that, they served as the Community Development Director at the City of Belle Plaine from May 2013 to July 2015. Additionally, Chelsea held the same position at the City of Norwood Young America from August 2006 to April 2013. Chelsea also has experience as a Tax Preparer at LarsonAllen from January 2010 to April 2010. Among their early roles, Chelsea worked as a City Planner at the City of Jordan from January 2006 to August 2006 and at the City of Watertown from March 2004 to January 2006.

Chelsea Alger obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree from Augsburg University from 1994 to 1998, majoring in Biology, Accounting, and English. Chelsea later pursued their Master of Arts degree in Urban Planning at Minnesota State University, Mankato from 2001 to 2004.
