Foster Otten

Water Resources Design Engineer at Bolton & Menk, Inc.

Foster Otten has a diverse work experience in engineering and customer service. Starting in 2015, Foster worked as a Customer Service Representative at Farmers State Bank of Hartland. In 2017, Foster joined The City of Albert Lea as a Civil Engineering Intern, where they assisted with planning and implementation of construction projects and created a base map for securing future funding. Foster then moved on to the Minnesota Department of Transportation in 2019 as a Water Resources Engineering Intern, performing inspections and updating construction plans. In 2020, Foster joined WSB as a Graduate Water Resources Engineer, and in 2022, they started working as a Water Resources Design Engineer at Bolton & Menk, Inc.

Foster Otten obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Bioproducts and Biosystems Engineering from the University of Minnesota from the years 2016 to 2020. Additionally, in May 2020, Foster obtained the certification of Engineer in Training from the NCEES institution.
