Matthew Pollock

Matthew Pollock is an experienced HR professional with a comprehensive background in transformation, employee relations, and people management across various organizations. Currently serving as Transformation Lead at Bolton Clarke since November 2016, Matthew has overseen workforce integration during significant mergers and acquisitions while also managing projects related to staff changes.
