Tim Hicks

Tim Hicks is an experienced leader in policy and advocacy with a robust background in various executive roles. Currently serving as the Executive General Manager for Policy and Advocacy at Bolton Clarke since January 2023, Tim previously held the position of General Manager at Leading Age Services Australia (LASA) from September 2018 to December 2022. Additional experience includes serving as Principal at Optmml, Director of Economics and Industry Policy at the Australian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and Adviser on Regulation and Economics at the NSW Business Chamber. Tim began a professional career at Commonwealth Treasury, progressing from Graduate to Senior Analyst across multiple divisions from February 2008 to October 2012. Tim holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Political Science from The Australian National University, earned between 2004 and 2007.
