Andie Drerup

Andie Drerup currently serves as the Group Head of Organisational Development and Group Chief of Staff at bolttech, an international insurtech based in Singapore, since January 2020. Prior to this role, Andie held the position of VP Change at FWD Insurance for nine months and spent nearly a decade at MLC (NAB Wealth) in various leadership roles including Head of Advice Efficiency, Portfolio Change Manager, and Senior Governance Manager. Earlier career experiences include change management roles at Accenture and HSBC, as well as an HR Analyst position at Shell Oil Company. Academic qualifications include a BA in Psychology from the University of Melbourne, a Grad Dip in Counselling Psychology from La Trobe University, and a Master's in Organisational Psychology from Monash University.
