Jim McMullen

Jim McMullen is a seasoned professional in the transportation industry with extensive experience in project management and consulting. Currently serving as a consultant for New Jersey Transit Project Management for Positive Train Control at Integrated Strategic Resources, LLC since April 2018, McMullen also provides consulting services to the Keolis team regarding the Transfer of Contractors to the MBTA maintenance contract. With a background as Production Manager at Bombardier Transportation since December 2012 and previous roles including Deputy Chief Mechanical Officer at Keolis Commuter Services and Deputy General Manager of Maintenance of Equipment at TransitAmerica Services Incorporated, McMullen has a solid track record in overseeing maintenance operations. McMullen's career began at Bombardier Transportation in August 1992, culminating as Director of Product Introduction/Customer Service before moving to a customer service role. McMullen holds an Associate's degree in Aeronautical/Aerospace Engineering Technology from Wentworth Institute of Technology.
