Lila Karolak

Lila Karolak is a seasoned professional with a background in material logistics and environmental assessment. Currently serving as a Senior Material Logistics Agent at Bombardier since August 2017, Lila focuses on procurement and detail scheduling, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring the timely delivery of materials while collaborating with internal teams. Prior experience includes working as an Environmental Site Assessor at Watters Environmental Group Inc., where Lila conducted environmental assessments and led sustainability initiatives, and as Program Manager at Niagara Sustainability Initiative, overseeing events and sustainability projects. Lila also has experience in research through a role as a Field Research Assistant at the University of Western Ontario. Lila holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a Graduate Diploma in Environmental Management and Assessment.
