Kristen MacIntire-Pandolph

Kristen MacIntire-Pandolph is an accomplished professional in the apparel industry, currently serving as the VP of Product Engineering and Innovation/Socks at Bombas Socks since September 2015. With extensive experience in product development and design, Kristen has held key positions including Director of Sourcing and Operations at Echo Design Group, Director of Design/Merchandising and Product Development/Sourcing at Mallory & Church, and Director of Design and Product Development at Royce Too. Prior roles also include Designer II at L.L.Bean and Hosiery/Sock Designer at Cole Haan. Kristen's early career featured a significant role as a CAD designer at Great American Knitting/Gold Toe. Kristen holds a degree from Philadelphia University and has cultivated a deep expertise in sock and legwear design and merchandising throughout a career spanning over three decades.
