Lauren Ng

Lauren Ng has a diverse work experience in various design roles. Lauren started their career as a Speak Up Program Intern at Lenox Hill Neighborhood House in 2017. Lauren then worked as an Aphasia Community Groups Leader at NYU Langone Health from 2017 to 2018. In 2016, they served as a Communication Department Intern at the Center for Hearing and Communication. From 2017 to 2019, they were a Listing Content Designer at Zumper. Lauren then worked as a UX/UI Designer, Contract at Flatiron School from 2019 to 2019. In 2020, they started freelancing as a UX/UI Designer. Currently, they are employed as a Product Designer at Bombas, where they started as a Jr. Product Designer in July 2020 and was promoted to their current role in August 2021.

Lauren Ng completed their high school education at Hunter College High School from 2007 to 2013, earning a High School Diploma. Following this, they attended New York University from 2013 to 2017, where they received a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders. In 2019, Lauren participated in a UX/UI Design Immersive program at Designation, although they did not receive a degree from this institution.
