Alisha Mashruwala Daswani

Alisha Mashruwala Daswani is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and education. Currently serving as the Director and CEO of OnCourse Vantage Pvt. Ltd. since May 2010, Alisha has also been a University Guidance Counsellor at The Bombay International School since March 2019. Previous roles include a Strategy and Planning intern at LBi IconNicholson, a Marketing intern at L'Oreal India, and a Human Resources intern at TATA Capital. Alisha holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Economics from Harvard University, attended The Taft School, and completed education at The Bombay International School.
