Dr. Erik J. Huffman

Dr. Erik J. Huffman has a diverse work experience spanning from 2007 to 2022. Dr. Erik J. started their career at Walgreens as an Electronics Technician and later took on the role of Junior IT Project Manager. Dr. Erik J. also served as a Field Service Technician, Electronics Technician, and Depot Logistics Manager at Walgreens.

In 2015, Dr. Huffman joined CollegeAmerica as an Associate Director and later became an Associate Dean. In this role, they provided leadership for academic programs, collaborated with the dean and department heads, and oversaw special curricular programs.

From 2017 to 2018, they worked at Independence University as a Lead Associate Dean. In 2018, Dr. Huffman joined SecureSet as a Lead Instructor, where they played a key role in instructing and mentoring students.

In 2019, Dr. Huffman became a Board Member of ASAALT, where they provided subject matter expertise in areas such as science, technology, cybersecurity, and logistics. This role involved addressing critical Army national security issues and working with experts from various organizations.

In 2020, they joined BombBomb as the Director of Information Technology, overseeing IT operations.

Dr. Huffman has also been involved in the education sector, serving as the Founder of Handshake Leadership and an Adjunct Professor at Westcliff University. Dr. Erik J. recently became a Podcast Host at MiC Club.

Dr. Erik J. Huffman received their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from CollegeAmerica, where they studied from 2004 to 2007. Dr. Erik J. then pursued further education and earned a Master of Project Management degree from Colorado Technical University, studying from 2010 to 2011. Dr. Huffman continued their academic journey by completing their Doctor of Philosophy in Management at the University of Phoenix, where they studied from 2014 to 2018.
