Puseletso Makhubo

Puseletso Makhubo has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Starting in 1998 as a Human Resources Officer at Nedcor Electronic Banking, Makhubo then worked as a Human Resources Consultant at DBSA from 2000 to 2004. Joining Lafarge Gypsum in 2004, Makhubo served as an HR Director until 2008 when they moved to Sephaku Cement as the Executive Organisation Performance Manager. In 2016, Makhubo became the Group Executive Human Capital at Macsteel Service Centres S.A. before moving to Dangote Cement SA in 2018 as the Executive Manager for Organisation Performance. Currently, Makhubo is the Human Resources Director at Bombela Operating Company (PTY) LTD, a position they have held since early 2020.
