Lauren Farmer

Lauren Farmer has extensive experience in executive support and operations management, currently serving as Chief of Staff at Bombora since April 2018. Previous roles at Bombora include Director of Business Operations and Executive Assistant, where responsibilities involved liaising with senior leadership and overseeing special projects. Lauren's earlier experience includes managing tour operations at Taino Aqua Adventures and Abe's Snorkeling, along with guiding tours at Black Beard Sports. Additionally, retail management roles and administrative support positions have contributed to a well-rounded skill set. Lauren holds an MBA from Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor's degree in International Studies from Seattle University.
