Richard Cygan

Richard Cygan currently serves as an Estimator and Project Manager in the Architectural & Site Concrete Division at Bomel Construction Company Inc., a position held since February 2007. With extensive experience in the construction industry, Richard has developed expertise in project estimation and management, contributing significantly to the success of various projects. Richard is an alumnus of Orange Coast College.
