Dung (Peter) Tran is a seasoned culinary professional with a diverse background in kitchen management and culinary arts. Currently serving as Chef Manager at Morrison Living since January 2022, Dung previously held similar positions at Bon Appétit Management Company and Sapphire Culinary Group. Dung’s career includes roles as Sous Chef at multiple organizations and experience managing a store at Pokeceviche. Dung's expertise in culinary management is complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Business Management from Washington State University Global Campus and a comprehensive education in Culinary Arts and Restaurant Management from Clark College. Additionally, Dung has a solid foundation in sushi preparation from positions at various sushi establishments.
