Eddy Chen

Eddy Chen is an experienced professional in the hospitality industry, currently serving as the General Manager at Bon Appétit Management Company since September 2019. Previously, Eddy held various roles at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts from September 2014 to June 2019, including Operations Manager and Food and Beverage Manager, along with other related positions. Eddy's career began at W Taipei, where responsibilities included team leadership in In Room Dining and Woobar from August 2011 to July 2014. Eddy Chen holds an Associate of Occupational Studies degree in Restaurant, Culinary, and Catering Management from the California Culinary Academy.
