Dana Monson

Dana Monson has extensive experience in compensation and HR systems. Dana is currently the Director of Executive Compensation at Bon Secours Mercy Health since 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Global Compensation at S&P Global from 2020 to 2022. From 2018 to 2020, Dana served as the Global Compensation Manager at Hillenbrand, where they led various compensation initiatives. Dana also worked at First Financial Bank as the Director of Compensation & HR Systems from 2014 to 2018 and as the Compensation Manager, VP from 2014 to 2017. Dana's earlier roles include working as the Compensation Manager at Vantiv from 2013 to 2014, as a Compensation Consultant at Convergys from 2012 to 2013, and as an Executive Compensation Consultant at Fifth Third Bank from 2007 to 2012. Dana'searly career experience includes working as a Compensation Consultant at U.S. Bank from 1997 to 2007, where they were responsible for the development and implementation of compensation modules within PeopleSoft.

Dana Monson earned a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy from Northern Kentucky University, which was obtained from 1996 to 2000. Additionally, Dana obtained a Master of Science degree in Leadership & Organizational Change from the same university. Dana also holds certifications in Learning GDPR from LinkedIn and Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) from WorldatWork, obtained in 2019 and 2007 respectively.
