Debbi Gilad

Debbi Gilad has a strong background in research compliance and integrity. Debbi held the role of VP - Clinical Research at Bon Secours Mercy Health starting in July 2021. Prior to that, they worked as the System Director Research at Bon Secours Health System from March 2019. Their responsibilities included developing and overseeing a system-wide research administration infrastructure. Before joining Bon Secours, Debbi worked at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania as the Executive Director of the Office of Research Compliance and Integrity/HIPAA Privacy Officer. Debbi also served as the Research Compliance and Integrity Officer at the University of California, Davis and as an IP Attorney and Business Developer at Sanford T. Colb & Co.

Debbi Gilad holds a Bachelor's degree in History from Brandeis University. Debbi also obtained a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University.
