Jeffrey Hack

Jeffrey Hack has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple industries. Jeffrey is currently the Vice President of EHR at Bon Secours Mercy Health since September 2020. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President of Epic Optimization at Ensemble Health Partners from June 2019 to September 2020. From 2011 to 2019, they worked at Mercy Health (formerly Catholic Health Partners) in various roles including System Director, Epic Revenue Cycle and Perioperative Applications, Epic Application Delivery Manager, Epic Revenue Cycle Manager, and Epic Clinical Inpatient Manager. Before that, they were a Manager in Advisory Services - Performance Improvement at Ernst & Young from June 2010 to June 2011. Jeffrey also has experience as a Project Manager at Epic Systems Corporation from July 2004 to July 2010, as well as at SparkPeople, GE Plastics, and Arthur Andersen from 2000 to 2005.

Jeffrey Hack received a BBA degree in Information Systems from the University of Cincinnati Carl H. Lindner College of Business in 1999-2004. Jeffrey also obtained a Master's Degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Ohio University in 2014-2015. Prior to their university education, they attended St. Xavier High School.
