Joe Gage

Joe Gage has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Joe began their career as an Attorney at Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railway in 1994 and worked in that role until 1999. Joe then joined Delta Air Lines as a General Manager of HR from 2000 to 2002. After that, they worked at Levi Strauss & Co as a Labor Relations representative in 2003. In 2004, Gage joined Tenet Healthcare as a Senior Director of HR until 2008 when they transitioned to the role of VP HR for Hospital Operations until 2011. In 2011, Gage began their role as SVP of Human Resources at MercyHeath, which later became Bon Secours Mercy Health. In this role, Gage oversees a wide range of HR functions and supports thousands of employees across multiple states.

Joe Gage attended Baylor University - Hankamer School of Business from 1988 to 1992, where they obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Finance. Joe continued their education at Baylor University School of Law from 1991 to 1994, earning their Juris Doctor degree.
