Kara Gorrell

Kara Gorrell serves as the Vice President of HR Services & Operations at Bon Secours Mercy Health, focusing on human resources service delivery for one of the largest Catholic health systems in the United States since 2019. Prior to this role, Kara held several positions at ADP, including Director of Contact Center Operations, where responsibilities included overseeing multiple teams and managing client engagement for national accounts. Earlier career experiences include leading a contact center at SHPS, serving as Benefits Administrator at Papa John's International, and starting a career in compensation and benefits at Lexmark International, Inc.
