Malise Jayasen Jakkula

Malise Jakkula-Sreekar, MBA is an experienced Operations Manager with 20+ years of leadership in energy, aviation, and customer service. At Franklin Energy, he oversees the Duke Multi-Family portfolio, driving operational efficiency, strategic planning, and client success.

His career includes leadership roles at American Airlines, Unique Loom, Malaysia Airlines, and Jet Airways, where he led teams through change, improved performance, and fostered a people-first culture. Malise holds an MBA in Marketing & Sales and is midway through a second MBA in Finance and Business Management at Rutgers.

Fluent in English, Hindi, and Telugu, Malise is also an advocate for diversity and inclusion, having served as Vice President of the Indian Business Resource Group at American Airlines. Outside of work, he is a dedicated volunteer, outdoor enthusiast, and global traveler passionate about cultural connection and community impact.
