Kelly Bretcher has extensive work experience in the field of culture and learning. Kelly started their career in 2012 as an Education and Artistry Executive at MAKE UP FOR EVER, where they were responsible for developing retail sales and educating employees on the brand and its products. Kelly then moved on to Mercy Health in 2013, where they held the role of Director of Culture and Learning for six years. In 2019, they joined Bon Secours Mercy Health as the Director of Culture & Learning Delivery, and later became the System Director of Culture & Learning in November 2020. Throughout their career, Kelly has demonstrated expertise in developing learning curriculums, training activities, and recognizing employee performance.

Kelly Bretcher holds a Bachelor of Science in Communication with a focus on Organizational Communication and Human Resource Management from Ohio University. Kelly also obtained a Master of Education (M.Ed.) with a specialization in Human Resources Development from Xavier University. In addition to their degrees, Kelly has earned several certifications, including Achieving Peak Productivity Experience from UC Berkley Executive Education, Foundations of Learning Experience Design from NovoEd, and Using AI 4 HR: Certified from Future Workplace.
