Kimberly Gilbert

Kimberly Gilbert's work experience includes a variety of roles in healthcare risk management, leadership, and administration. Kimberly has served in positions such as a Member of the Board of Directors for OSHRM, Director of Risk, Growth & Insurance at Bon Secours Mercy Health, Accreditation Consultant at the State of Idaho Department of Health and Welfare, and Director of Risk Management/PI/Quality at Cottonwood Creek Behavioral Hospital. Kimberly has also held leadership roles such as Chief Operating Officer at American Addiction Centers/River Oaks Treatment Center and Chief Executive Officer at Haven Behavioral Healthcare/Haven Behavioral Hospital of Dayton. Additionally, they have experience in compliance, process improvement, and infection control in various healthcare organizations.

Kimberly Gilbert earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Applied Management from Indiana Wesleyan University from 2008 to 2010. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Clinical Laboratory Science from the University of Cincinnati from 1999 to 2003. Kimberly also holds the certification of Certified Professional in Healthcare Risk Management (CPHRM) from the American Hospital Association.
