Lance Lomax has diverse work experience in the pharmacy and retail industry. Lance started their career at Walgreens in 2001 as a Pharmacy Manager and gradually progressed to roles such as Pharmacy Supervisor, Healthcare Supervisor, and eventually became the Director of Pharmacy and Retail Operations. In July 2020, they joined Bon Secours Mercy Health as the Vice President of Retail, Home Delivery, and Specialty Pharmacy.

Lance Lomax completed their education with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Culver Stockton College in 2000. Lance then pursued further education and obtained a Bachelor of Pharmacy degree from St. Louis College of Pharmacy in 2004. Later, in 2015, they completed their certification as a Six Sigma Blackbelt from Aveta Business Institute.
