Matthew Miles

Matthew Miles currently serves as the Sterile Processing and Distribution Supervisor at Bon Secours Mercy Health since May 2023. Prior to this role, Matthew worked at Total Med Staffing as a Certified Registered Central Service Tech from February 2018 to April 2023, and spent 17 years at St. Elizabeth Healthcare as a Sterile Processing Tech. Matthew's experience includes decontaminating and sterilizing instruments, medical supplies, and equipment, as well as assembling, wrapping, and sterilizing trays of instruments, all while adhering to proper Standard Precautions. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Northern Kentucky University, where studies were completed from 1995 to 2021.
