Russ Miller

Russ Miller has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. In their current role as the Director of Diversified Growth at Bon Secours Mercy Health, they are responsible for overseeing growth initiatives. Prior to this, they worked at West Monroe Partners as a Senior Consultant, where they managed agile product development teams for healthcare plans. Russ also had a role as an Experienced Consultant at West Monroe Partners, where they facilitated collaboration between stakeholders for system improvements and strategic goal planning. Russ Miller has experience as an Intern at Health Data Link, where they developed business plans and marketing materials for a healthcare startup. Russ was also a Co-Founder at Beacqon Health and an MBA Intern at Roniin (Now Builders VC). Earlier in their career, they worked at Kaufman Hall as a Senior Associate and Associate, where they performed credit analysis, business valuations, and transaction-related duties. Russ also gained experience as an Intern at the Oklahoma City Thunder, where they conducted research and compiled reports.

Russ Miller holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Finance and Entrepreneurship from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management (2015-2017). Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics from Kenyon College (2007-2011). Russ completed their high school education at Heritage Hall (2003-2007).
