Stephen Gibson

Stephen Gibson currently serves as the Chief HR Strategic Partner for the Cincinnati Market at Bon Secours Mercy Health, a position held since June 2019. Prior to this role, Stephen accumulated extensive experience at Kettering Health, where positions included Human Resources Manager and HR Business Partner, among others, from November 2008 to June 2019. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Indiana Wesleyan University and a Bachelor of Science in Health Service Administration from Ohio University. Additionally, Stephen is a graduate of Troy High School.
