Tim Watson

Tim Watson has an extensive work experience spanning several industries and roles. Tim is currently employed as the Vice President of Physician Recruitment at Bon Secours Mercy Health since January 2020. Prior to this, Tim held various positions at HCA Physician Services, including Vice President of Physician Recruitment - Gulf Coast Division from July 2008 to January 2020, and Physician Recruiter from April 2004 to July 2008. Before joining HCA, Tim worked as a Physician Recruiter at The Texas Recruiters from April 2002 to April 2004. Additionally, they have experience as a Sales Representative at Powell Protection Systems from July 2000 to April 2002. Tim also served as an Associate Pastor at Vista Ridge Baptist Church from January 1998 to June 2000. Tim began their career as a Journeyman at The International Mission Board from January 1996 to January 1998.

Tim Watson attended Criswell College from 1991 to 1995, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biblical Studies.
