Wendy Phelps

Wendy Phelps serves as the System Director of Physician and Provider Relations at Bon Secours Mercy Health since July 2019, bringing extensive experience from various leadership roles within the organization, including Director of Physician and Provider Relations and Director of Network Operations. Wendy's career at Bon Secours Health System began in October 2007, where responsibilities included Administrative Director of Business Development and Rehab Strategy and Director of Strategic Development and Service Line Integration. Prior to joining Bon Secours, Wendy held the position of Director of Retail at Chartway Federal Credit Union from February 2003 to October 2008. Wendy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with a double major in Merchandising and Design and a minor in Business from Radford University.
