Meredith Freeman

Regional Vice President at Bona Vista Programs, Inc.

Meredith Freeman is the Vice President of Community Employment and Program Support Services. She works with individuals to assist them in finding and maintaining employment in the community, and she also assists with planning and implementing adult day programming to fit a variety of needs and interests.

Meredith believes that everyone, regardless of past experience or current situation, needs someone to listen to and encourage them every day. She was inspired to work in the disability service industry after volunteering as a classroom assistant for special education students throughout high school.

Meredith worked to secure funding for and launch the Pre-Employment Transition Services program in multiple Indiana counties, serving hundreds of students. She has built relationships with schools throughout the state, to work toward preparing students for life after high school. She also created the Opportunity Knocks! program at Bona Vista, which serves as a job readiness class for individuals who plan to work in the community.
