Patrick Ngo is a seasoned sales operations professional with extensive experience in the consumer goods industry. Currently serving as the Director of Sales Operations at Diamond Foods, LLC since January 2023, Patrick previously held significant roles at Lotus Bakeries, including Senior Trade Marketing and Category Development Team Leader, where Patrick was instrumental in developing Biscoff’s channel strategy and fostering cross-functional collaboration. Prior to that, Patrick worked at Plum Organics as National Account Manager for major grocery chains, achieving remarkable growth in the organic baby food category. Patrick's career began at Procter & Gamble, where roles ranged from Sales Operations Manager to Digital Marketing Manager, contributing to major brands across various platforms.
