Alena Minar has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Alena started their career in 2011 as a volunteer at Grefa. In 2013, they became a co-producer at Pramení o.p.s., where they organized cultural events and co-produced the International festival of Argentinian Tango. From 2015 to 2016, Alena worked as a foreign language instructor at James Cook Languages, teaching English and Spanish to adults and children. In 2017, they took on multiple roles, including copywriter and graphic assistant at Bonami, producer at Artist Shalom Tomas Neuman, and PR assistant at Robert Carrihers - "City Primeval - New York, Berlin, Prague".

Alena Minar's education history begins with their Bachelor of Arts degree in Hispanistika from Charles University, which they obtained from 2011 to 2014. Alena later pursued a degree in Arts Management at Prague University of Economics and Business from 2015 to 2017. Additionally, they received certifications such as a Certificate in graphic design summer school from the University of West Bohemia, Pilsen, obtained in July 2017. Alena also obtained a Diploma de aptitud in the Spanish language with a C1 level from Letra Hispánica in July 2012, which was accompanied by an internship in the same Spanish language school where they received a Certificado de prácticas. Another significant certification they obtained is the City & Guilds English C1 from The Ninth Group - City & Guilds Authorized Representative in January 2011.
