Aboubaker Medroub

Aboubaker Medroub has held several roles in the field of Human Resources. In 2013, they worked as a HR Manager at SARL MILOUDI/Bonatti, where they were responsible for various tasks such as payroll preparation, managing social cases, and updating registers. Aboubaker then moved on to Star of desert/Bonatti in 2014, where they continued their HR role, focusing on personnel management, legislation compliance, and mobility management. In 2016, they became a Senior HR Manager at the same company, where they further developed their expertise in personnel management, including implementing systems for monitoring and evaluation, handling disciplinary cases, and payroll processing.

Aboubaker Medroub obtained a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from the Université Mentouri de Constantine, where they studied from 2007 to 2011.
