Francesco Biasella

Francesco Biasella has extensive experience in quality assurance and management roles. Francesco has worked as the Head of Quality Assurance at Bonatti since 2022 and previously served as the Corporate Quality Manager at the same company from 2018 to 2022. Before their time at Bonatti, Biasella was employed by Arkad-ABB SpA as the Quality Manager and Corporate Site Construction QA/QC Department Manager from 2018 to 2018. Prior to that, they held various positions at ABB, including Quality Manager and Corporate Site Construction QA/QC Department Manager from 2012 to 2017, and Projects Quality Manager from 2008 to 2012. Biasella also worked at Stilmas S.p.A. as a Project Manager and Quality Assurance Manager from 2004 to 2008, as an HSE Engineer at Lamberti S.p.A. in 2004, and as an HSE Engineering Specialist for various companies from 2002 to 2003.

Francesco Biasella holds a Master of Science Degree in Environmental Engineering from Sapienza Università di Roma, which they obtained from 1994 to 2001. In 2003, they pursued a Master's program on Integrated Management Systems at the Istituto Universitario di Studi Superiori, Pavia. Francesco also underwent various courses on project management, leadership, negotiation skills, and operational excellence from 2008 to 2012, offered by ABB, MIP, and ISTUD. Additionally, they received certifications in fields such as risk assessment, fire prevention and protection, and reverse osmosis equipment. Francesco has been continuously updating their knowledge and skills and has obtained multiple certifications in areas including ISO standards audit, Lean Six Sigma, and offshore safety.
